The breakfast buffet presented an amazing selection of food. I found the service to be attentive. The hotel provided a complimentary boat service to both Sathorn and ICONSIAM. This offered convenient access to transportation hubs. I appreciated this perk.
My room felt somewhat dated. The bathtub was also difficult to get out of. I think it would be a challenge for older guests. The staff were unhelpful when arranging a taxi. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience on my trip.

the shuttle boat offered easy access to the other side of the river. turndown service included flower decorations on the bed. i received a delicious birthday cake, a pleasant surprise.
The hallways in the hotel felt slippery. This could be a hazard for some guests.

The hotel arranged boats to the local train station. This means good access to local restaurants. The breakfast setup is superb. The service from the team was first class. They were always happy to help.
The bathrooms were small. The shower tub was very steep and not safe. The water taps are old. I asked to upgrade the room for an extra charge because my parents could not use their shower area, but it was not available.
